How to create a report on an individual telecaler
Log in to your CRM account and navigate to the Report section.
Look for a filter or search function that allows you to narrow down the report to a specific telecaller.
Once you have selected the appropriate filter or search criteria, generate the report. The report should display the relevant data for the selected telecaller, such as their Pending leads, Attended leads, Total leads, Hot leads, Cold leads, Warm leads, Dead leads.
