How to EDIT in Disposition List
Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the section where you want to add the disposition list. This may be the section for customer support, sales, or other areas where you track customer interactions and outcomes.
Click on the option to edit the disposition list. You should see a list of existing dispositions.
Locate the disposition you want to edit and select it. You may need to click an edit button or hover over the disposition to see editing options.
Make the necessary changes to the disposition. This may include changing the label or adding or removing options from the list.
Save the changes to the disposition.
