How to ADD in Disposition List
Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the section where you want to add the disposition list. This may be the section for customer support, sales, or other areas where you track customer interactions and outcomes.
Look for an option to add "Disposition Category List+"
Click on the option to add a Disposition Category List+ or customize the existing list.
Choose the type of disposition list you want to create, which allows users to select a disposition from a pre-defined set of options.
