How to EDIT individual lead's details

  1. Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the Leads section.

  2. Search the name of the customer you want to edit and click on the customer's name.

  3. Make the desired changes to the customer's information, such as contact information, lead source, or lead status.

  4. Once you have made the changes, click the "Update" button to save your changes.

  5. At the bottom, you'll find the Remarks option, as well as the Followup date and time

  6. Even the "Best time to call the customer" option is there to make a good connection with the customer

  7. Note- New feature of Delayed call, counts of attempt done by telecaller.
