EDIT ROLE in ROLES LIST
Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the left Master section & Click on Roles List.
Look for an option to create a "ROLE LIST+" and click on it. This may be labeled as Add Roles type "Name or Role", click on "Add".
Look for an option to edit or Pencil option on the role created and click on it. This may be labeled as "Edit Role", "Modify Role"
Make the necessary name changes to the role, such as updating the name.
Once you have made your changes, save the edits.
