EDIT ROLE in ROLES LIST
- Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the left Master section & Click on Roles List. 
- Look for an option to create a "ROLE LIST+" and click on it. This may be labeled as Add Roles type "Name or Role", click on "Add". 
- Look for an option to edit or Pencil option on the role created and click on it. This may be labeled as "Edit Role", "Modify Role" 
- Make the necessary name changes to the role, such as updating the name. 
- Once you have made your changes, save the edits.
