How to view remarks of customer given by telecaler

  1. Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the Leads section.

  2. Click on All Leads.

  3. Find the name of the customer you want to view remarks.

  4. On the right-hand side, in the Remark row, there is a "Circle ( view remark)" button.

  5. After you click the "View Remark" button, a detailed screen is displayed.
