How to share details on customer whatsapp no from crm

  1. Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the Leads section.

  2. Click on All Leads.

  3. Search the name of the customer you want to share details on whatsapp.

  4. On the right side there is an “Action” button with dropdown option of Whatsapp.

  5. Click on Whatsapp option to share details.
