How to Delete individual leads in CRM

  1. Log in to your CRM system and navigate to the Leads section.

  2. Click on All Leads.

  3. Find the name of the customer you want delete individual lead.

  4. On the right side of the page, there is an "Action" button with a Delete drop-down option.

  5. Click the Delete option and confirm.
